TMC System Co., Ltd. has been certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation 2025" and a "Health Excellent Company."
In order to ensure that our employees and their families remain healthy both physically and mentally, we actively engage in health promotion activities and aim to create a vibrant workplace.

What is the Health and Productivity Management Organization Certification Program?

The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition System is a system that recognizes large enterprises, SMEs, and other organizations that are practicing particularly excellent health and productivity management based on their efforts to address local health issues and health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Conference.

By making visible outstanding corporations that are committed to health and productivity management, we aim to create an environment in which they can be socially recognized by employees, job seekers, related companies, financial institutions, and others as "corporations that consider employee health management from a management perspective and are taking a strategic approach to it."

Under this system, the "Health and Productivity Management Excellent Organizations" are recognized in two categories: the "Large Corporation Category" is for large corporations, medical corporations, and other entities; and the "Small and Medium-sized Corporation Category" is for small and medium-sized corporations, medical corporations, and other entities.
