This is an observation and measurement device that applies repeated tensile loads to a sample to cause fatigue failure, and can synchronously record and play back videos, loads, and displacements.
Since it allows you to visually verify the mechanism of fatigue failure, it can be used to consider measures to improve durability.

The capture rate and measurement sampling are synchronized, allowing for effortless comparison of images and measurements and subsequent analysis.
For example, if an unusual point is discovered in the data, it is possible to check the video to see what phenomenon is occurring.

We developed an application that quantifies the changes in length, width, and area of a sample (customizable).
By comparing it with load measurement data, quantitative comparison and verification of strain can be performed.
This makes it even easier to evaluate the durability of multiple samples.
